MENU magazine is Canada’s restaurant and foodservice sector’s trade magazine, published quarterly and distributed to sector leaders and suppliers from coast-to-coast-to-coast. MENU is published by Restaurants Canada, a national, not-for-profit association representing Canada’s diverse and dynamic foodservice industry.

Since the end 2021, Arable has worked in collaboration with Restaurants Canada to produce MENU magazine, managing all aspects of editorial and production services, including content development, copywriting, graphic design and pre and post-production management. The magazine covers all segments of the Canadian foodservice and hospitality industry with a focus on sector advocacy, economics and priority business and social issues. MENU also provides a platform for real operator and leadership stories to help inform and unify the industry.
