Cynthia brings to Arable 15 years’ experience leading major marketing and communications initiatives for recognized brands internationally. She has developed integrated marketing campaigns, launched company intranets, developed major websites, built internal publications from scratch and led large teams to award-winning achievements. Cynthia joined the agency world following senior communications roles at Home Depot and Hydro One where she shepherded the organization through major changes – including the largest IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 15 years. A senior leader at Arable, she leads a range of web, communications and brand strategy projects on behalf of the agency’s most complex clients, lending a critical eye to tier one initiatives.

Having produced a portfolio of award-winning work including the IABC’s Jake Wittmer Research Award in recognition of the effective use of research in organizational communication, Cynthia believes in basing strategic plans on a solid evidence-based foundation. Cynthia’s work ethic, creativity, and critical mind produces best-in-class, insightful work, while her unequaled sense of humour produces some of the agency’s most unforgettable moments.

When not burning the midnight oil or hanging out with her young son, Cynthia is an avid reader and the ultimate go-to for advice on poor TV choices.

Jess Curiale

Graphic Designer

A talented and thoughtful graphic designer, Jessica joined Arable after working as a photographer and designer at a national toy store. A graduate of Conestoga College’s graphic design program, Jessica was actively involved on campus, bringing the college’s story to life as a photographer and social media content creator.

Jessica is always looking for new and different ways to approach a new challenge while keeping a close eye on deadlines, business objectives and strategies. Whether it’s creating marketing materials for a non-profit in Nicaragua or laying out an annual report for a large corporation, her attention to detail and ability to bring a project together is second to none.

Like many talented photographers, Jessica would rather be behind the camera than in front of it. But her photos would paint a picture of someone who loves camping with her family, her cat named Oliver, puzzles and playing board games. Jessica is an avid digitabulist (look it up). When you meet her, we encourage you to ask her about it.
